The other day I had to phone a buddy in Singapore so I phoned his VoIP number. The call would not connect because ny friend had his PC off and the voip phone adaptor was also off.
I tried his mobile and lastly got right through to him.
I asked my buddy why his phone adaptor was off and that he said "old habits die hard". He said that in Singapore the habit is to apply the Mobile phone while it's more expensive.
When I reminded my pal that this call is costing me heaps (I was calling International) he sighed and said he previously forgotten that I would be paying for the phone call.
